Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the 98toto Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, phone number, and residential address. 98toto relies on this information to process transactions, conduct KYC verification, and administer your Account. You are responsible for keeping all registration details up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 98toto will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as your own activity and you accept full responsibility for it.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account protection.
98toto operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit identification documents — including but not limited to a copy of your national identification card (MyKad), passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address — before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
By accessing and using the 98toto Platform, you agree to use our services solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality, or that could interfere with any other User's access to and enjoyment of the Platform.
The Platform is provided for the personal entertainment of registered Users. You may place Bets, participate in games, claim eligible Bonuses, and manage your Account in accordance with these Terms. All use must be for your own personal account — placing bets on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
While 98toto targets and maintains a 99.6% uptime standard, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or modify the Platform at any time for maintenance, technical upgrades, or regulatory reasons. 98toto accepts no liability for losses resulting from Platform unavailability.
In the event of a technical error, manifest error, or obvious pricing mistake that results in incorrect odds or payout calculations being published on the Platform, 98toto reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. We will endeavour to notify affected Users promptly. All game results are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software, the output of which is final and binding.
98toto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of approved payment methods, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in BTC, ETH, USDT, and BNB. All Account Balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Deposits made via e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via FPX may take 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to the applicable network confirmation requirements and may take 15–30 minutes. 98toto does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Before any withdrawal is approved, you must have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes during normal operating conditions. 98toto reserves the right to request additional identity documentation for withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds.
All transactions are monitored for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. 98toto reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse processing any deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime. In such cases, we are obligated to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
98toto offers various promotional bonuses to registered Users from time to time, including Welcome Bonuses, Deposit Match Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Cashback Promotions, and Crypto Deposit Bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. For reference, a 10x rollover on a RM100 bonus requires you to place a total of RM1,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
Any attempt to exploit promotions through multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage, or other systematic approaches that 98toto determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion constitutes promotion abuse. In such cases, 98toto reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings, suspend or close the Account, and recover any amounts paid as a result of the abuse.
All bets placed on the 98toto sportsbook and all gaming activity on the Platform are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform.
A bet is only confirmed and binding upon acceptance by 98toto's betting system, as confirmed by a bet reference number issued to you. Bets that display as "pending" or that have not received a confirmation reference are not binding. 98toto reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. There may be a short delay between the display of odds and bet acceptance due to network latency. 98toto is not liable for bets placed on stale or delayed odds where the relevant sporting event has progressed. We reserve the right to void in-play bets accepted in error following conclusive event outcomes.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all betting markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet and may vary by market, sport, event, or player tier. 98toto reserves the right to apply individual account-level betting limits at its discretion.
98toto's sportsbook covers a wide range of markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Bundesliga, UFC, badminton, basketball (NBA), and esports. Market availability is subject to change without notice based on scheduling, regulatory considerations, or data availability.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 98toto Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action:
All content, software, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, graphics, icons, images, audio clips, and other materials published on or accessible through the 98toto Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 98toto or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose as a registered User. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform Content without prior written authorisation from 98toto.
The 98toto brand name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of any 98toto trademark is prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 98toto, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
98toto's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 98toto's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
98toto is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We recognise that, for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. We have implemented a comprehensive suite of responsible gambling tools, all accessible directly from your Account dashboard.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC requirements and the absence of any outstanding investigations or holds.
98toto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity. In such cases, 98toto may withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending the outcome of any investigation.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings derived from Bonus Funds are forfeited. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 98toto holds its operating licence, as applicable from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the decision of 98toto's official result system shall be final and binding, subject to the right to raise a formal complaint as set out in our Complaints Procedure, available via our support team.
We encourage Users to raise any disputes or concerns directly with our customer support team in the first instance. We are committed to resolving all legitimate complaints fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe.
98toto reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
